A dwarf, black-eyed siamese rat. This rattie is bred, and owned by Morgan of Dream Mtn Rattery in Oregon.

Doesn't this rat look like a mouse! So adorable!

Aww what a beauty. Those black eyes really stand out against her fur. Didn't know you could get dwarf rats though, what size are they fully grown in comparsion to a normal rat then?

Dwarf rats will mature to be able 1/3 the size of a standard rat in their line. Now just like all rats, there's a size range in dwarfies, like there in in normal rats.

There's itty, bitty dwarves, who mature to be the size of an average mouse, and there's also dwarf rats, who are the size of a small standard rat, because the standard rats in their line, are HUGE.

Breeders focusing on dwarves, are breeding them into lines with small ratties, and breeding them so they're obviously dwarf, and not a small standard rat looking rodent.
